Royal Ascot is one of the most popular horse racing events in the calendar and it also offers high fashion and the chance to see royalty.  2017’s event runs from 20th to 24th June.

The event was first held in August 1711 by Queen Anne and today the five-day meeting boasts prize money of over £5 million.

Royal Ascot corporate hospitality is unparalleled as you might expect from an event that hosts royalty and aristocrats from around the world.

Why not take your opportunity to treat a business contact, supplier, client or directors to exceptional racing in the most lavish surroundings with the best food and drink on offer?

They’ll appreciate you spending time and effort on their enjoyment and this should help to build relationships and secure future business. The small investment that you make here will produce long lasting positive results.

There are hospitality packages to suit every budget and if you prefer a bespoke arrangement please talk to a leading horse racing events specialist like DTB Sports and Events.

    There are four enclosures:

Queen Anne – Mix with the crowds. Close to the runners and riders.

Village – A new area with a unique view of racing and the royal procession.

Windsor – Close to the royal procession and the final straight.

Royal – This enclosure is by invitation only so you can’t enjoy Royal Ascot corporate hospitality here.

Highlights in the race schedules for each day:

    Tuesday 20th June:

    The Queen Anne Stakes

    The St. James’ Palace Stakes

    The Ascot Stakes

    Wednesday 21st June:

    The Duke of Edinburgh Stakes

    Saturday 24th June:

    The Diamond Jubilee Stakes

    The Chesham Stakes

    The Queen Alexandra Stakes

There are many hospitality packages available and one of the favourite options are the Carriages Restaurant packages.

    Package Includes:

    • Grandstand admission ticket.
    • Excellent views.
    • Stylish restaurant.
    • Private table for 10 or shared table for smaller groups.
    • Car parking label (1 per couple.)
    • Champagne reception with mise en bouche.
    • Four course luncheon served with selected fine wines.
    • Afternoon tea.
    • Complimentary bar including champagne all day.
    • Racecards and racing papers.
    • Tote betting facilities.
    • Event documentation and itinerary.

Another restaurant package, the Sandringham Restaurant, is just as tempting and costs a little less than the Carriages Restaurant packages.

    Package includes:

    • Grandstand admission.
    • Reserved table for the day- for 10 or on a share basis.
    • Terrace with views of the Grandstand and Racecourse.
    • Pimm’s No1 reception.
    • Complimentary bar throughout the day includes champagne.
    • Three course luncheon by Lenotre.
    • Selected fine wines and liqueurs.
    • Light afternoon tea.
    • One car park label per couple.

Both packages are exquisite and if there should be rain on the day you attend you can sit back and enjoy the atmosphere of either restaurant for a little longer. Perfect.
