Most people have been of the opinion that hair care would entail regular visits to salon. For proper conditioning of hair, you would need hot oils and hair spas. It would be pertinent to mention here for saving that hair, you would be required to make use of personal hair car techniques such as brushing, washing and styling.

    Basic information on hair

Let us begin with beautifying your hair with the basic information in mind. This information would help you make the most of your hair from root to tip. Hair strength and health would largely depend on the oily scalp secretion along with circulation that would provide your hair with lustre and gloss. It would be pertinent to remember that it has been made from structured protein known as keratin. It would also help you determine its docility.

    Taking care of your hair

Hair comes in all sizes, shapes and textures. Nonetheless, you would be required to take care of them in the best possible manner. The best method would be learning the skill of combing and brushing the hair. It should be made an early morning routine. You would be required to detangle your hair with a large tail comb made from bone. It should have at least ¼” of space between the teeth. However, you should not pull delicate hair strands, as it would result in hair breakage. When you comb your hair, it would make it easier for hair stylists to wash your hair. Henceforth, you would be required to brush your hair in order to loosen accumulated dirt and redistribute the essential oil.

    Washing your hair

You would be required to wash your hair with mild shampoo. It should be done as and when necessary. Excessive usage of shampoo is also not good for your hair. It would be pertinent to mention here that you should wash your hair with warm lukewarm water. It would wash the dirt and oil off your scalp easily. Pour the mild shampoo on your hand, rub it gently and apply it on your head. Rub the shampoo on your head to accumulate as much lather. It would clean your hair in the best possible manner. You should massage the scalp with the tips of your fingers. It would be pertinent to mention here that five-minute scalp would stimulate circulation and improve hair growth.

    Pat your hair dry

Pat your hair dry with a towel wrapped around it. Do not rub your hair, as it would be gentle when wet and may cause breakage. Work out the tangles with a wide comb. Blow-drying your hair would be your prerogative. For more information on hair care, you could log on to Advasalonspa.com.
