Remember one thing, and the insurance company will not pay quickly to the injured person. They also follow some steps before paying compensation.

    Is This Driver’s Fault?

The insurance company will enquire the incident, and they have some specialist persons, who help the company. If they company finds that the accident has happened because of the carelessness of the pedestrian, then the insurance company will deny paying the pedestrian.

If the driver thinks that he or she has no fault then can consult with Accident Lawyers LA for better advice and help. Other side, if the injured person feels he or she has not fault, but the insurance is denying paying the compensation then also can hire a lawyer.
