According to studies, 52% of men suffer from some kind of erectile dysfunction

Worried about satisfying your partner in bed? Yes, it’s surely a thing to worry about! Having good and regular sex retains warmth and happiness in the married life and reduces the chances of divorce.

One of the major causes of an unsatisfied sex life faced by most Americans is erectile dysfunction i.e. inability to get an erection during sex. Erectile dysfunction doesn’t mean not getting an erection sometimes but is an ongoing health issue. If you too face a similar problem but aren’t sure if it’s erectile dysfunction, read further to find out.

A person suffering from ED may face the following issues:

    • Inability to get an erection

    • Low sexual desire

    Causes of Erectile Dysfunction

What causes a failed erection? Here are some reasons why men could face erectile dysfunction.

    • Alcohol, drug, and tobacco abuse
    • Spinal or pelvic injuries

    • Surgeries affecting spinal or pelvic areas
    • Use of antidepressant, antihistamines, etc

With proper healthcare consultancy and vitamins for harder erections, you can easily overcome this problem.

    Psychological reasons

ED is not always because of a physical disorder. Many a times your psychological health and emotions lead to a failure in erections. Some of the psychological disorders behind ED include:

    • Minor or chronic depression
    • Poor mental health
    • Anxiety
    • Stress issues
    • Relationship problems
    • Lack of communication, etc.
