Our heart is one of the most important organs of the body because it is the pumping organ of our body from where blood is distributed to each and every part of the cell. If the heart is malfunctioned or has some defect there is a direct impact in our body that manifests itself in the form of lethargy, dyspepsia (lack of hunger) and pale body parts.

This is because that blood carries oxygen, and other nutrients that are essential for survival for each cell of our body. A malfunctioned heart indicates that your heart is unable to pump blood to the extreme part of your body and hence is the anomaly.

If you have a tradition of heart diseases in your family like if your father have had heart disease or your mother had this disease or your grand pa or maternal grand pa was having this diseases then you are more prone to the disease as you are carrying its genes. In such a situation the best precaution would be to go to a physician who is specialized in cardiology like Tiberio Frisoli (cardiologist) a renowned cardiologist in Detroit who has been serving people for last 10 years.Image result for Steps to Prevent Heart Disease

But if you don’t have a phylogeny of heart disease and you are in the verge of it then the best way to prevent it right there is by changing your eating habits. A slight change in your food habit can do wonders for you. Now you must intend to throw a question to me that what are those foods that can reduce the chances of getting a heart disease, so here is the list-

Control your portion size- It is important for individuals to eat a balanced diet. Eat fresh vegetables and fruits as much you want but take control on other food items like rice, tea, coffee, meat. All we are saying is, eat for the body and not for your taste buds. If you can manage the portion size of your foods much of the risk could be reduced.

Say yes to whole grains- Generally we hate whole grains but remember these are one of the most nutritious foods that can help you reduce the chances of heart disease but also provide micronutrients and vitamins that are not available in other food sources. The best forms of whole grains are barley, faro, quinoa.

Do regular exercise- Doing half an hour of exercise could put you in the safe mode as it tones our muscle and give gentle massage to every organ of our body including the heart.
