Playing sports is great for your body, and there are loads of different ones to choose from. You can practise any sport by yourself by concentrating on technique and style, and get some friends together if you want to have a match or spend some time socialising and exercising at the same time. Too many people just don’t get enough sleep at night, so it’s important that you get to bed at a time, which will allow you to get enough hours. Experts recommend getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night; so if you have an early morning, go to bed earlier the night before. If you’re working long hours and then playing sports after work, be sure to organise your evening so that you can get to bed at a good time and get the sleep you need. If you’re getting 8 hours and still feel tired, go to bed an hour earlier to get some extra sleep. While 7-8 hours is a guideline, some people will need more sleep, particularly if they are working hard or playing an intense sport.

You should make sure you’re getting enough Vitamin C and other nutrients and vitamins that your body needs. Check with your doctor to make sure you don’t have any underlying health issues such as a vitamin or iron deficiency, since this can make you weaker and put your health at risk. If you have any problems, ask your doctor what you can eat in order to make up for the deficiency your body may have. For iron deficiencies, more red meat and vegetables such as spinach can help to balance it out, while Vitamin C can be found in oranges and other fruits.
